AAVoIP.com Return Policy

If you are a warranty owner with a valid warranty, you are automatically eligible for a RMA to replace your defective or broken product(s). If you are a warranty holder, please call 877-486-4704 to receive your RMA instructions.

AAVoIP is not responsible for any item received that does not exactly depict the photograph on our website.  With a dynamic marketplace, items may not have congruent physical representation through photograph pictures at any current time.  If items are thought to be un-fit for the customer, they may return all goods, however there will be a mandatory re-stocking fee applied to the refund for 30%.

Return Instructions:

Products have a valid RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box. The items must be placed in a box different than the unit box. Please do not apply any labels or shipping stickers to the manufacturers box. Shipments returned without an authorized RMA number displayed clearly will be rejected and/or returned to the sender via the sender's expense. At no time should AAVoIP.com be responsible for returned items while in transit from the sender. Additionally please allow for 1-2 business days for an approval or rejection of the RMA. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs endured throughout the return.

RMA Expiration:
Once an approval has been given for a select RMA, the items must be returned to AAVoIP.com no later than 15 business days. RMA's not received after this 15 business day period will be refused and returned to sender.
If the customer chooses to have an item advanced replaced, AAVoIP.com will charge the replacement item to the credit card of the customer's choice.  Once the defective unit has been received and deemed defective, the customer will then be refunded the item amount minus the shipping cost.  If the customer does not send the unit back within the 15 day RMA period, the original cardholder will be charged for the amount of the item plus shipping expenses.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Defective Items - 30 days:
Any product deemed defective or technically not fulfilling within 30 days from the point of sale will automatically be approved for an RMA, based on a technical examination or approval. Units found to be in working condition, prior to a technician inspection, but used will be returned at the owner's expense or held for pickup.
If the item was advanced replaced, the customer has until the end of the 29th day to return all defective equipment.  If the items are not received by the 30th day, or tracking for those items are not provided before the 30th day, the orginal cardholder will be charged for the full amount of the replacement item plus shipping expenses.

New in Box Items:
Only products that have not yet been opened (New In box), may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. Products that are returned past the original 30 days, are subject to a 30% restocking or withholding fee. At any time a store credit may be used in place of any return outside of the original 30-day period. **Any items that have been opened, and or are in use, may not be returned without a restocking fee applied of 30%**.

New Open Box Items:
New open box items may not be returned unless there is an authorized RMA number. If an authorized RMA has been issued, there will be a mandatory 25% Restock fee associated with the order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated to the return. The Restock fee is mandatory and will not be waived. There will only be an in-store credit issued for the returned goods which may be re-usable at face value for the amount disclosed by AAVoIP.com.

Used Products:
